Our purpose is not to sell you a product that you can't use.
Our purpose is to provide you with support that will help you excel in your organization.
We're on a mission to transform how manufacturers operate. By combining intelligent systems with intuitive design, we streamline scheduling, enhance communication across departments and with external partners, simplify decision-making, and reduce manual overhead.
Born from Real Manufacturing Challenges
The genesis of TUC4Human began not in a boardroom or software lab, but on the manufacturing floor. As a lithography process engineer, our founder witnessed firsthand how organizational changes could fracture the delicate ecosystem of knowledge transfer that keeps manufacturing operations running smoothly.
Each reorganization, each personnel shift, each departmental restructuring created invisible barriers to communication that ultimately impacted production efficiency and product quality.
This observation sparked a fundamental question: What if technology could preserve and enhance knowledge transfer, regardless of organizational changes?
In modern manufacturing, departments operate as interconnected systems where timing and information flow are paramount.
Consider a typical scenario: Department A processes materials that Department B requires for the next phase of production. When Department B experiences machine downtime, Department A continues processing, unaware that their on-time delivery will result in inventory bottlenecks rather than productive flow.
This communication gap traditionally required numerous meetings, phone calls, and emails, consuming valuable engineering time and often resulting in delayed decision-making. These inefficiencies weren't failures of personnel but rather limitations of existing systems that treated each department as an isolated entity.
Our journey began by developing sophisticated scheduling algorithms designed to create transparency across departmental boundaries. These algorithms don't simply track what needs to be done; they understand the intricate relationships between departments, machines, and processes.
When a machine in Department B goes down, our system immediately identifies affected upstream and downstream operations, enabling Department A to automatically adjust priorities, without a single meeting required.
This intelligent scheduling became the foundation upon which we built TUC4Human, featuring What-If Scenarios to test hypothetical situations, Sandbox Mode for risk-free experimentation, and Pareto Optimization for multi-objective decision making.
Throughout TUC4Human's development, one principle has guided every decision: eliminate friction in manufacturing operations.
Whether it's reducing meetings through intelligent scheduling, preventing email archaeology through integrated communication, or enabling instant document access through contextual organization. Every feature serves this core mission.
We built TUC4Human for the engineers who lose productive hours in coordination meetings, for the operators who waste time searching for procedures, for the managers who need visibility without disruption, and for the companies that understand that in modern manufacturing, information flow is as critical as material flow.
Today, TUC4Human stands as more than software. It's a manufacturing philosophy encoded in technology. Born from real challenges on real shop floors, it represents our commitment to solving the problems that manufacturing professionals face every day.
This is not just our story. It's the beginning of yours.
Because when you choose TUC4Human, you're not just implementing software. You're joining a movement to make manufacturing communication as efficient as the processes we all work so hard to optimize.
Let Us Grow Together.
To provide manufacturers with support that helps them excel by eliminating friction in operations, transforming how departments communicate, and delivering intelligent solutions that grow with their organization.
A manufacturing world where information flows as efficiently as materials on the production line, where no meeting is needed to know what's happening downstream, and no email archaeology is required to find what was said.
The principles that guide everything we do
Complex problems deserve elegant solutions. We obsess over making the sophisticated feel simple.
Your success is our success. We measure ourselves by the value we create for manufacturers.
Manufacturing evolves, and so do we. We're always learning, improving, and pushing boundaries.
Every feature connects. No isolated modules, no information silos, just unified operations.
Industrial software doesn't have to be industrial. We craft experiences that users actually enjoy.
Intuition starts conversations, but data drives decisions. We help you see what matters.
